A practicing lawyer, he has served in the ABA House of Delegates, as a founder and former Council Member of the Law Practice Management Section, and was chair of the State Bar of California’s Law Practice Management Section. Mr. Foonberg is the recipient of the prestigious Harrison Tweed Award given by the ABA-PLI Consortium on Legal Education as the most outstanding post law school Continuing Legal Educator in the United States.

He has also been honored as the most outstanding Attorney-CPA in the United States.
